Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic screening of candidates.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
Maintain recruitment records and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
Requirements
Fresh graduates or final-year students can apply.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
