As Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and objectives. This role involves managing financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Financial Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the overall business objectives
Work closely with the CEO and executive team to identify and evaluate strategic business opportunities, including expansions, partnerships, and acquisitions.
Fund Raising & Management:
Develop and implement effective fund-raising strategies to secure capital for the company’s
growth and operation.
Identify and engage with potential investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors.
Collaborate with investment partners and financial institutions to explore diverse investment
prospects.
