Job Profile

Lead operational excellence by improving business processes, monitoring departmental performance, implementing SOPs, and ensuring smooth coordination across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day operations.
Develop and improve SOPs.
Track KPIs and TATs.
Prepare MIS and management reports.
Identify process improvement opportunities.
Coordinate with all departments.
Ensure SOP compliance.
Support software implementation and automation.
Conduct operational audits.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
