We are looking for an experienced VMC Programmer with solid knowledge in Mastercam and SolidCAM, preferably from the Jigs & Fixtures manufacturing industry.
Qualifications
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Minimum 1–5 years of experience in VMC Programming
Experience in Jigs & Fixtures manufacturing is mandatory
Hands-on experience in CNC/VMC machining operations
Knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T;, and machining tolerances
Required Skills
Solid programming knowledge in Mastercam and SolidCAM
Ability to create 2D & 3D tool paths for VMC machining
Experience in programming for complex Jigs & Fixtures components
Selection of cutting tools, inserts, feeds & speeds
Knowledge of fixture setting and process optimization
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience in reducing cycle time and improving machining efficiency
Knowledge of different materials such as MS, EN series, Aluminum, SS, etc.
Understanding of machining sequence planning and process sheets
Troubleshooting machining and programming issues on shop floor
Familiarity with Fanuc controller programming is preferred
Valuable coordination with design, production, and quality teams
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹49,250.49 per month
