Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior HR Manager to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of proven experience in human resource management, with a strong ability to lead, motivate, and manage employees effectively. The role requires a proactive approach in aligning HR strategies with business goals, ensuring employee satisfaction, performance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with overall business objectives.
Oversee the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, onboarding, training, and development to retention and separation.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees based on their roles, skills, and business needs.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance; provide coaching and guidance where necessary.
Manage and process employee payroll and salaries accurately and on time.




Resolve workplace conflicts and handle employee grievances in a fair and effective manner.
Foster a positive and motivating work workplace to improve employee engagement and productivity.
Maintain compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Conduct periodic performance appraisals and recommend appropriate actions.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR initiatives support company objectives.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
5 to 10 years of experience in HR management or similar leadership roles.
Solid interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate and manage teams in diverse situations.
Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
