Develop and implement infection prevention and control policies.
Conduct infection surveillance and analyze infection data.
Educate healthcare staff on infection control practices and standard precautions.
Ensure proper hand hygiene and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Investigate infection outbreaks and recommend corrective measures.
Monitor sterilization, disinfection, and waste management procedures.
Perform infection control audits and ensure compliance with guidelines.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to improve patient safety and reduce infection risks.
Maintain accurate records and prepare infection control reports for quality improvement.
