We are seeking a motivated and responsible Sub Divisional Manager to oversee field operations, recruit and train Agriculture Assistants, coordinate with government officials, and ensure smooth implementation of agricultural and farmer support activities within the assigned subdivision.

Key Responsibilities
Recruit Agriculture Assistants (FPO/Delivery Services) on a commission basis to support farmers.
Conduct training sessions for newly appointed Agriculture Assistants before they begin their work.
Coordinate and attend meetings with central, state, subdivision, and block-level government officials to obtain necessary permissions and provide project updates.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor field activities and ensure quality service delivery.




Hold daily evening virtual meetings with Agriculture Assistants to review work progress and plan the next day’s activities.
Ensure timely execution of agricultural programs and maintain accurate reports of field operations.
Support district management in achieving organizational goals and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
