Role Overview:




We are seeking a reliable Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations for our clients. The candidate will troubleshoot hardware, software and network related issues while delivering excellent end user support.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure and maintain desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues
Manage user accounts, system updates and backups
Provide onsite and remote technical support
Maintain documentation and adhere to service standards

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 2 years of desktop support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking basics
Valuable problem solving and communication skills
