We are looking for a Factory Manager to oversee our manufacturing operations in Lucknow, India. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience and a graduate degree. This full time role requires robust leadership and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Management: You will manage daily manufacturing activities, ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.

Process Improvement: You will evaluate current production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Inventory Control: You will monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels,



ensuring that stock is appropriately maintained to avoid disruptions.
