Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership
Drive the strategic planning and execution of multiple projects, aligning with the company’s goals.
Develop frameworks for project management, quality assurance, and process improvement.
Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate architectural innovation with civil engineering best practices.

Project Management
Lead end-to-end multiple project delivery, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Oversee the coordination between design and construction teams to maintain project alignment.

Client Engagement
Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and contractors.
Present project plans, progress updates, and solutions for any challenges to stakeholders.
Address client feedback with an emphasis on maintaining quality and timelines.

Team Development
Build and mentor a high-performing project management team.
Encourage cross-disciplinary collaboration between architecture, design,



and construction teams.
Develop training programs to enhance technical and leadership capabilities.

Financial Oversight
Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
Drive value engineering initiatives to optimize resources.
Track financial performance and ensure projects meet profitability targets.

Required Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Master’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

Experience
Minimum 18+ years of experience in the construction and design-build industry, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in delivering large-scale commercial projects.
Familiarity with architecture-driven design-build workflows.

Pay: ₹1,800,000.00 - ₹2,200,000.00 per year
