About the Role: -

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to join our growing team in Jaipur. This prospect is ideal for both freshers and experienced professionals who have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates with prior experience in Customer Service, E-commerce, Hospitality, Retention, Collections, Recovery, or Upselling processes will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities: -
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
Resolve customer queries and concerns while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions in a timely manner.
Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and compliance.
Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Meet individual and team performance objectives.

Eligibility Criteria: -




Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are welcome to apply.
Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of BPO, Customer Support will be preferred.
Experience in Hospitality, E-commerce, Customer Service, Retention, Recovery, Collections, or Upselling is an added advantage.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and valuable typing skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Salary: -

CTC: Up to ₹3.5 LPA, depending on skills, experience, and interview performance.
