We're looking for a smart, confident, and proactive IT Recruiter with strong leadership potential and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing the end-to-end recruitment process while taking ownership of hiring goals and working effectively with the team.
Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Build a robust talent pipeline and ensure a great candidate experience.
Meet hiring targets and support team recruitment goals.
Skills Required
6 months–1 year of IT recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Positive understanding of technical roles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Smart, confident, self-motivated, and team-oriented personality.
Leadership mindset with the ability to take ownership and work in a fast-paced setting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
