Job Title: Assistant Professor – Pharmacy Department

Qualification Required:
M. Pharm (Master of Pharmacy) or Ph.D from a recognized university/institution (any specialization such as Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy, etc.).
Candidates with GPAT qualification, publications, or research experience will be given preference.

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years of teaching or research experience in a recognized pharmacy college or pharmaceutical industry.

Salary Range:
₹18,000 to ₹70,000 per month (depending on qualification, specialization, and experience).

Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials in respective pharmacy subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and laboratory manuals as per the curriculum.
Supervise and guide students in laboratory work, projects, and research activities.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and practical examinations.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of laboratory equipment and materials.
Assist in developing curriculum and academic planning for the department.
Participate in academic audits,



NAAC/PCI compliance, and institutional development programs.
Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
Support departmental and institutional events, workshops, and seminars.
Maintain discipline, academic integrity, and high teaching standards.

Skills and Competencies:
In-depth subject knowledge and practical expertise in pharmaceutical sciences.
Familiarity with PCI norms and academic regulations.
Excellent communication, teaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to handle laboratory sessions safely and effectively.
