Key Responsibilities
Design precast RCC products including U-Shape Drains, Box Culverts, Retaining Walls, and Drain Covers.
Perform structural analysis and design as per IS Codes.
Prepare design calculations and reinforcement details.
Coordinate with CAD, Production, QA/QC, and Project teams.
Review drawings and provide technical support during manufacturing.
Optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability.

Qualification
B.E./B.Tech. or M.E./M.Tech. in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred).
3–8 years of experience in structural design of RCC or precast structures.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, or SAFE.
Knowledge of IS Codes and reinforcement detailing.
