Role & Responsibilities
Advise the top management on corporate governance, risk management and legal issues.
Advise internal department on corporate, labor, intellectual property and compliance-related matters.
Attend the official meetings and advise the top management or concern department on legal matters.
Appear and represent the company as advocate before various courts and tribunals.
Build and manage relationships with external counsel, regulatory authorities and government bodies.
Oversee litigation, compliance and legal issues.
Draft and review high-value, complex documents.
Lead, supervise, mentor and develop the in-house legal team.
Give legal training to company’s employees to mitigate the risk.
Design and oversee the company policies.

Qualifications & Experience
LLB/LLM from a recognized institution
12+ years of progressive legal experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
COP (Bar Council License)
