Job Purpose

To provide prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests while ensuring a memorable dining experience in accordance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and qualified manner.
Present menus, explain menu items, and make recommendations when required.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages as per the hotel's service standards.
Ensure tables are properly set before service and cleared promptly after use.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, buffet, and service stations.
Prepare mise en place before the commencement of service.
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements courteously, escalating concerns when necessary.
Process bills and assist with payment procedures as per hotel policies.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene,



and sanitation standards.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and stewarding teams for smooth operations.
Promote hotel outlets, special menus, and ongoing promotions to guests.
Follow grooming standards, SOPs, and hotel policies at all times.
Assist in banquets, room service, or other F&B; outlets as assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Restaurant Manager.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
