Role Overview

We are looking for a agile and target-driven Business Development Executive with a passion for outbound sales and SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while contributing to consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Pitch and present SaaS-based solutions to prospective clients (Leads will be given)
Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features, benefits, and ROI to decision-makers
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and long-term engagement
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets




Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead conversion and campaign effectiveness
Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Follow up with prospective clients and drive the sales cycle from calling to closure

Desired Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or software sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving sales targets
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven workplace
Basic understanding of SaaS products and the fintech industry is preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms is an added advantage
Solid interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
