We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and HR operations. The ideal candidate will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, employee documentation, onboarding, and day-to-day HR activities in a quick-paced digital marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and up to date.
Support onboarding formalities and recent joiner documentation.
Update recruitment trackers, HRMS, and employee databases.
Assist with attendance records and other HR administrative tasks.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or a related field.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment.
