Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
2+ years of experience in the EdTech industry (Mandatory).
Proven leadership/team handling experience in a Performance Marketing role.
Robust hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and lead generation campaigns.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns.
Drive lead generation and maximize campaign ROI.
Lead and mentor the performance marketing team.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
Work closely with the creative and sales teams to achieve business goals.
