Key Responsibilities
Create engaging and viral content ideas (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
Write scripts and plan content strategies
Direct and execute video shoots
Work closely with editors and marketing team
Create content that connects emotionally and drives action

Requirements
Minimum 1.5+ years of experience in content writing & direction
