Position Title: Job Description: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest supplies.
Dust, vacuum, mop floors, and sanitize surfaces.
Report maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items to supervisors.
Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized and stocked.
Follow hotel cleanliness standards and safety procedures.
Handle guest requests politely and professionally.
Dispose of waste and maintain proper hygiene practices.
Coordinate with front office and maintenance teams when needed.
Ensure timely room cleaning and readiness for guest check-ins.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning procedures.




Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Attention to detail and cleanliness.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and work for extended periods.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or hospitality services.
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
High school education preferred.

Working Conditions
Shift-based work including weekends and holidays.
Physically active role involving lifting, walking, and standing.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
