Develop, implement, and monitor health and safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate control measures.
Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company standards.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and employee safety training programs.
Monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure compliance.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, training, permits, and statutory documentation.
Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including evacuation drills and first-aid arrangements.




Monitor contractor safety performance and ensure adherence to site safety requirements.
Support internal and external safety audits and implement audit recommendations.
Prepare periodic HSE reports and present safety performance metrics to management.
Promote a proactive safety culture through awareness campaigns and continuous improvement initiatives.
