Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on HVAC systems, including chillers, air handling units (AHUs), fan coil units (FCUs), package units, split and VRF/VRV systems, ventilation systems, and associated controls.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system faults using appropriate testing equipment.
Carry out repairs, component replacements, and system adjustments to restore equipment performance.
Conduct installation, testing, commissioning, and performance verification of HVAC equipment.
Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Inspect HVAC systems to identify potential problems and recommend corrective actions or system upgrades.
Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, inspection checklists, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and applicable industry standards.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of service activities.




Monitor spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of required materials.
Provide technical guidance to technicians and support staff during service activities.
Deliver excellent customer service by clearly communicating maintenance findings and recommendations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in HVAC service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Solid knowledge of HVAC equipment, refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals.
Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and testing instruments.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and service management practices.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office for reporting and documentation

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
