Position: Architect
Experience Required: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs, concepts, and detailed drawings.
Handle residential, commercial, and institutional projects from concept to execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
Prepare working drawings, presentations.
Conduct site visits and ensure execution as per design standards.
Manage project timelines, quality, and compliance with building regulations.
Lead and guide junior architects and interns.

Required Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Photoshop.
Robust knowledge of construction detailing and materials.
Excellent design, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to handle projects independently.
Robust coordination and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field.
5–6 years of qualified experience in architectural projects.

Pay: ₹16,734.28 - ₹28,169.72 per month
