Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-friendly Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and snacks while delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced café or restaurant workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Operate coffee machines and other café equipment
Take customer orders accurately and process payments
Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and dining area
Ensure proper food safety and hygiene standards
Restock ingredients, cups, and supplies as needed
Recommend menu items and promote special offers




Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
Work closely with kitchen and service staff

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a barista or in food service preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and teamwork skills

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
