Civil Engineer – Interior Work Supervision (Bungalow Project)

Responsibilities:
Supervise interior civil works – flooring, tiling, false ceiling, plastering, painting, waterproofing, HVAC work, Furniture work
Ensure execution as per approved drawings & specifications
Conduct daily site inspections & quality checks (levels, alignment, finishes)
Verify material quality against approved samples
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and MEP teams to avoid work clashes
Maintain daily progress reports, photos, and material records
Prepare/update work schedules; flag delays
Check contractor bills/measurements as per BOQ
Ensure site safety and code compliance

Requirements:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
2–6 years' experience in residential/interior site supervision
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel/Word
Robust knowledge of finishing materials (tiles, wood, paint, false ceiling, etc.)
Valuable coordination & problem-solving skills
Willing to be site-based full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
