We are looking for a energetic and result-driven Telecaller to join our company. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our courses, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with leads generated from ads, website, and social media
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities to students
Counsel students and guide them in selecting the right course
Maintain and update student databases (CRM/Excel)
Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or email
Schedule demo sessions or counseling appointments
Achieve admission/enrollment targets
Build and maintain positive relationships with students

Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English is a plus)
Basic understanding of courses like Digital Marketing, Odoo, and Python (training will be provided)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
