HR Intern

Duration: 6 Months
Stipend: ₹12,000 per month
Location: Wagholi, Pune

Responsibilities
Source candidates through LinkedIn and other job portals.
Search and shortlist relevant candidate profiles.
Connect with potential candidates and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR team throughout the hiring process.
Assist in employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of LinkedIn and candidate sourcing.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.
Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Sheets is an added advantage.
