As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the overall efficiency of business processes, all while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality support to users and stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME.
Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with Test Management.
Solid understanding of automated testing frameworks.
Tosca certified and experience building and maintaining Tosca scripts
Experience in test execution using Elastic Execution Agents.
Know how on using Tosca s copilot capabilities is good to have
Experience in SAP test automation with Tosca is preferred.
Experience in troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
Familiarity with software development life cycle methodologies.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
