Ripped Up Nutrition (RUN) is a fast-growing D2C sports nutrition and supplements brand with owned manufacturing in Baddi, HP. We sell across Amazon, Blinkit, Shopify, and quick-commerce platforms, and have a solid presence on Instagram. We're looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing operations team.

Role Overview
We're hiring a Purchase Executive to manage procurement of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for our manufacturing unit, ensuring timely availability of inputs while optimizing cost and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and place purchase orders for raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables
Coordinate with vendors/suppliers for pricing, delivery schedules, and quality compliance
Maintain and update vendor database, price comparisons, and purchase records
Track inventory levels and coordinate with production/warehouse teams to avoid stockouts
Reconcile purchase orders with GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes) and invoices




Follow up on pending deliveries and resolve discrepancies (short supply, quality issues, rate mismatches)
Coordinate with accounts team for vendor payments and outstanding reconciliation
Identify new vendors and negotiate better rates/terms to optimize procurement costs
Ensure compliance with GST and documentation requirements for all purchases

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business preferred)
1–4 years of experience in purchase/procurement, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or nutraceuticals
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Tally is a plus
Good communication skills
Must be willing to work from/relocate to Baddi, HP

Preferred
Experience in supplements, nutraceuticals, or food manufacturing industry
Understanding of raw material sourcing for protein/nutrition products
