Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are Seeking for a Marketing Manager for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role involves leading marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, managing a team, and collaborating across departments to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, social media, events).
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify prospects for growth.
Manage the company’s brand image and messaging across all platforms.
Oversee content creation, advertising, promotions, and public relations initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
Manage budgets for marketing activities and optimize spend for ROI.
Collaborate with sales, product, and other departments to drive integrated campaigns.
Lead, mentor, and manage marketing team members.




Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:
Graduated and Post Graduated in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
B. Tech Preferred.
Proven experience (typically 3–5+ years) in marketing, with managerial experience preferred.
Robust knowledge of digital marketing channels, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
Excellent analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative mindset with attention to detail and results-driven approach.

Experience:
Previous experience in marketing strategy, campaign management, or brand management.
Experience in B2B or B2C marketing depending on the company’s focus.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
