Key Responsibilities
Procure MEP, electrical, mechanical, and project-related materials as per project requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for the best quality, price, and delivery terms.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain procurement records.
Coordinate with project, store, and accounts teams to ensure timely material availability.
Track order status, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
Ensure purchased materials meet company specifications and quality standards.
Maintain vendor database and develop solid supplier relationships.
Resolve issues related to material shortages, delays, or quality discrepancies.




Follow company procurement policies and support cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Preferred).
2–5 years of purchase/procurement experience, preferably in MEP, Electrical, or EPC projects.
Knowledge of vendor management, negotiation, and procurement processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and email communication.
Solid communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
