Role & Responsibilities :
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely material dispatch and adherence to delivery schedules.
Track procurement activities, pending orders, and long lead-time materials to support production requirements.
Collaborate with the Stores team to monitor inventory, stock availability, shortages, and material receipts.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain optimum stock levels for critical materials.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports and dashboards on material status, delays, shortages, and procurement risks.
Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve supply chain risks or delivery issues affecting production.
Update ERP/MRP systems with accurate material status and maintain complete documentation of vendor follow-ups and delivery commitments.




Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth material planning and procurement operations.

Key Skills Required :
Solid follow-up and coordination skills
Good understanding of inventory and material flow
Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems
Analytical thinking and reporting ability
Solid communication and stakeholder management
Attention to detail and problem-solving approach
Ability to work under pressure and tight timelines

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
