Responsibilities:
Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
Monitor machine operations, line manpower, and material availability for uninterrupted production.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene, and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses through effective line management.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and batch documentation.
Train and guide machine operators and production workers to improve productivity and discipline.
Conduct line changeovers and ensure proper cleaning and setup before production.
Report production issues, quality deviations, and equipment breakdowns to the Production Manager.
Ensure 5S implementation and maintain a clean and organized production area.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in manufacturing
Knowledge of liquid filling, mixing, packing, labeling, and batch processing
Willingness to work in shifts and meet production schedules.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
