Job Overview:
We are looking for a warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher to join our early years team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working with young children and capable of creating a safe, engaging, and joyful learning environment that supports early childhood development.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, activity-based learning experiences
Foster a caring, safe, and inclusive classroom environment
Support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
Use creative teaching methods including storytelling, rhymes, games, and play-based learning
Monitor and assess student progress and maintain records
Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development
Ensure classroom discipline through positive reinforcement techniques




Collaborate with fellow teachers and participate in school activities

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in pre-primary/kindergarten teaching
Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
Soft-spoken, patient, and approachable personality
Presentable and skilled demeanor
Strong classroom management skills
Passion for working with young children

Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), NTT, Montessori, or related field
Knowledge of contemporary teaching methods and child-centered learning approaches

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
