Role Summary:

Responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, equipment, and work areas to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and kitchen utensils.
Clean kitchen equipment, workstations, floors and stewarding areas.
Ensure a continuos supply of clean uthensils for kitchen & resturant operations.
Collect, segregate & dispose of waste as per hygiene standards.
Follow food safety, hygiene & sanitation procedures.
Handle cleaning chemicals & equipment safely.
Report damaged utensils, equipment or maintenance issues.
Assist the kitchen team with cleaning & other utility duties as assigned.
Maintain personal hygiene & wear the prescribed uniform & PPE.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
