Maintain solid relationships with existing customers through regular calls, WhatsApp, emails, and visits to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Share product details, specifications, price lists, catalogues, and promotional updates related to PET bottles, jars, preforms, and caps.
Identify potential customers, generate recent sales leads, and expand the customer base in relevant industries.
Handle inquiries professionally and convert them into confirmed sales orders by understanding customer requirements.
Take customer orders accurately, ensuring correct specifications, quantities, delivery schedules, and pricing.
Coordinate with the production team to plan orders based on priority, capacity, and delivery commitments.
Track dispatch status, coordinate with logistics teams,



and keep customers informed about delivery timelines.
Follow up with customers for timely payment collection and monitor outstanding dues.
Collect feedback, address complaints, and coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and update management on sales performance, payments, customer feedback, and market trends.
Working Days: Tuesday through Sunday.
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM
Must have own vehicle for commute.
