About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident science graduates to join our Client Relationship team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to build solid relationships with clients. Product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain solid relationships with existing customers.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Follow up with clients regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with the Sales, Production, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order execution.
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
Assist in generating repeat business through regular customer engagement.
Prepare daily and weekly client interaction reports.
Support the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Required Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
