We're looking for a Brand Communication Lead to own our brand's voice, messaging, and content strategy — end-to-end. You'll combine hands-on copywriting with strategic ownership of how our brand shows up everywhere.
What You'll Do
Create original, engaging content for social media, campaigns, website, and marketing materials
Write captions, taglines, and storytelling content aligned with our brand voice
Own brand communication end-to-end — tone, voice, and messaging consistency across platforms
Plan and manage monthly content calendars around campaigns, trends, and festivals
Lead communication for marketing campaigns — concept, messaging, and execution
Work closely with design and marketing teams to align visuals with content
Review, edit,
and approve all content before it goes live
Track content performance and keep improving based on what works
Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in brand communication, content writing, or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars and campaigns
Solid grasp of social media platforms, trends, and content formats
A portfolio of previous copywriting/content work
High ownership mindset and attention to detail
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
