Lead Generation & Nurturing: Assist in developing real estate marketing campaigns and utilize CRM tools to qualify leads and maintain client engagement.
Client Relations: Conduct site visits, answer property inquiries, and negotiate terms between buyers and developers.
Market Analysis: Monitor local real estate trends, competitor pricing, and inventory to identify emerging sales prospects.
Team Support & Reporting: Assist senior management in preparing sales forecasts, compiling performance reports, and training junior agents.
