Customization: Building tailored applications, API integrations, and automation workflows using tools like Azure, Python, and Low-Code/No-Code solutions.
Customer Integration: Working in office or directly with strategic customers to bridge technical gaps between their legacy systems and Microsoft 365 Cloud services.
Product Feedback Loop: Translating recurring customer pain points and technical limitations into actionable product feedback for Microsoft’s internal product teams.
AI/Copilot Specialization: Specifically assisting in the adoption of Microsoft 365 Agent Forward Deployed Engineering Programs, focusing on agentic workflows and security governance
