Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role in the healthcare industry

Coordinate and prioritize specimen accessioning tasks
Ensure accurate and timely processing of specimens
Maintain records and documentation of specimen handling
Ensure compliance with laboratory procedures and protocols
Assist in training and supervising junior accessioning staff
Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Maintain a clean and organized work setting
