We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a robust background in real estate or working with builder accounting to manage financial operations, reporting, compliance, and accounting processes for our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property accounting, lease accounting, project accounting, and financial reporting within the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for real estate projects and properties.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Maintain general ledger, account reconciliations, and journal entries.
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow reporting.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor payments.
Reconcile bank accounts and loan accounts.
Manage lease accounting and tenant billing processes.




Track fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings (if applicable).
Support management with financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting.
Assist in property acquisitions, disposals, and due diligence activities.
Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Experience:

Real estate Account Handling: 4 years (Preferred)
