We are hiring Customer Support Specialists with mandatory experience in international retention processes, particularly for US markets.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Research issues and resolve them effectively
Clearly explain product/service features and perks without reliance on scripts
Build robust customer relationships
Achieve qualitative and quantitative performance targets

Requirements:
Prior experience in customer support, sales, or retention (international BPO)
Experience with US market processes (mandatory)
Strong communication and listening skills with neutral accent
Positive time management and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of US credit systems (credit bureau, reports, scores) is an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
