Profile: International Ground Sales Executive
Process: International Travel Sales
Location: Sector 20, Phase 3, Gurgaon
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Cab Facility: 1-Side Cab Facility Available(odd hrs)
Shift: As per business requirement
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Handle international travel-related sales enquiries from customers.
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable travel packages and services.
Handle bookings for hotels, motels, accommodations, and other travel services.
Coordinate with customers throughout the booking process.
Provide information regarding destinations, hotels, packages, availability, pricing, and travel-related services.
Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide excellent service.
Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
Resolve customer queries and booking-related concerns professionally.
Achieve assigned sales targets and conversion goals.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, bookings, and follow-ups.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting business and sales objectives.
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation skills.
Experience in international travel sales / ground sales / travel process will be preferred.
Knowledge of international destinations, hotels, and travel services is an added advantage.
Robust customer-handling and relationship-management skills.
Comfortable working in a target-oriented setting.
Good computer and MS Office skills.
Candidates should be comfortable working as per international business hours.
