We are looking for a friendly, confident, and motivated Student Counsellor to help prospective students choose the right courses and guide them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules, and learning outcomes.
Understand students' learning goals and recommend suitable courses.
Schedule and coordinate demo lectures and counselling sessions.
Follow up with enquiries and maintain regular communication until admission.
Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Respond to enquiries received through the website, social media, and other channels.
Achieve enquiry, demo, and admission targets while maintaining a positive student experience.




Coordinate with trainers and the admissions team for smooth onboarding.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, etc.).
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Ability to build rapport with students and parents.
Prior experience in education counselling, telecalling, customer support, or sales is preferred.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
