Meet with clients to understand their event requirements, preferences, and budget.
Prepare event proposals, quotations, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
Plan and coordinate all aspects of weddings and events, including venue setup, décor, catering, entertainment, transportation, and accommodation.
Conduct site inspections and venue tours for prospective clients.
Liaise with vendors, decorators, photographers, entertainers, and other service providers.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Banquets, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and Engineering.
Ensure all event arrangements are executed according to client expectations and hotel standards.
Monitor event timelines and manage event-day operations.
Handle guest requests, concerns, and last-minute changes professionally.
Maintain accurate event records and documentation.
Support sales initiatives to generate wedding and event business.
Must know local language Konkani
Candidates working in Gulf and Cruise liners will be considered.

Job Type: Full time
