A Guest Service Associate (GSA) - Housekeeping maintains guest rooms and public spaces to high hygiene and presentation standards. Key elements include room cleaning, amenity restocking, and maintenance reporting.

Job Description & Responsibilities
Room Maintenance: Clean, sanitize, and service guest rooms, bathrooms, and corridors according to hotel standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Supplies & Linen: Change bed linens, make beds, fold terry, and replenish room amenities and towels.
Public Areas: Keep lobbies, hallways, elevators, and pantry areas clean, tidy, and fully stocked.
Reporting: Promptly report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items to supervisors.

Required Knowledge & Skills
Cleaning Protocols: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, solutions, and safe chemical storage.
Equipment Proficiency:



Know how to safely operate vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, and cleaning carts.
Physical Stamina: Ability to bend, stoop, reach, push loaded carts, and stand or walk for long shifts.
Communication: Polite, service-oriented approach with basic English or local language skills for guest interaction.
