Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in domestic recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, direct client interaction, and successfully closing positions across multiple domains. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to onboarding.
Coordinate directly with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles to clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and candidate databases.




Achieve recruitment targets within the defined turnaround time (TAT).

Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in Domestic Recruitment.
Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Prior experience in direct client handling and requirement gathering.
Excellent sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Proficiency in using recruitment portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working directly with clients.
Proven track record of successful hiring and position closures.
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
