Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Business Development Executive role. This is a full-time, on-site position with an initial 6-month probation period, post which candidates will be confirmed based on performance.
This is an inside sales / business development role and does not involve field sales or door-to-door activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation, follow-ups, and pipeline management
Client communication and coordination
Supporting ongoing sales initiatives
Participation in training programs and live projects
Maintaining basic sales reports / CRM updates

Candidate Profile:




Strong spoken and written English communication skills
Tamil, Hindi, Telugu speaking is an added advantage
Willingness to learn and work in a client-facing, target-driven role
Interest in sales, business development, and commercial roles
Prior internship or sales exposure is a plus (not mandatory)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
